The ground rules for using the AI Video Translator app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using AI Video Translator ("the App"), a free Android app developed by Rathadev ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

2. What the App Does

The App lets you import a video, translate its speech into any of 130+ supported languages, and generate natural AI dubbing, subtitles, title animations and editor layers, then export the finished video to your gallery. The App is free to use and supported by advertising.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or build products from the App's code or design.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Translate or process content you do not own or have no right to use (including copyrighted or private material).
• Create, publish or promote illegal, harmful, defamatory, hateful or fraudulent videos.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person.
• Misuse, tamper with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, our services or the AI provider.
• Use the App in a way that violates the rules of Google Play or applicable law.

5. Your Content & Ownership

You keep full ownership of the videos and files you import and the results you export. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for how you use the output. We claim no ownership of your projects.

6. AI Output Is Not Guaranteed

Translations, voices and subtitles are generated automatically by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. We do not guarantee any particular result. Check critical content before publishing — you publish at your own risk.

7. Advertising

The App shows advertisements to stay free. You agree not to block, bypass or interfere with the display of ads. Advertising is served by third-party SDKs governed by their own policies.

8. Updates & Changes

We may update, add or remove features of the App at any time, and may revise these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including reliability, accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rathadev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
